  • Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, whether for nationwide shipping, local pick-up or delivery. Upon shipping, USPS tracking numbers are sent via email to customers. We reach out to local customers upon receiving an order to schedule their preferred pick-up day.

    More often than not, we can work with customers to fulfill an order last minute or to delay shipping until a requested date. Special requests can be entered into the ‘comments section’ at check-out in our online shop.

    For last minute requests, it is best to reach out to us directly at 402-214-7365.

  • 30-day Return Policy

    Eligibility for a return:

    • Items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging

    • Items must not be damaged

    • Must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

    To start a return, please first contact us at bensonbounty@gmail.com. We will provide you with shipping label information and instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any issue. If items were damaged during shipping, please document this with photos.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following:

    • Workshop/event registrations

    • Products on sale

    • Edible products

    • Products purchased at a third-party retailer

    • Gift cards

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to make an exchange is to start the return process immediately and make a separate purchase for the correct item; once the return has been processed, we will issue a refund.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we have received your return; returns are automatically processed through our website and the refund is issued to the original payment method used. Please account for the processing time required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
