We make sweet, spicy and tart toppings. Enjoy them on toast, in beverages, on ice cream, in oatmeal and yogurt, or by the spoonful! Pepper Jams are delicious drizzled on cheese and crackers, nachos, pizza, or a sandwich; or blend them into a salad dressing or a glaze for meat and vegetables. We pack the jams in glass mason jars using water bath canning. See the ingredients for each product below.
