Beeswax Candles
Our mason jar beeswax candles are made with simple ingredients for a long and clean burn: beeswax, essential oils, dried flowers/herbs from our garden, and a touch of coconut oil for a smoother melt. Poured into heat tolerant mason jars with double cotton wicks; each 8 oz candle burns 45 hours+. All candles are now double wicked (like first photo), more updated photos coming soon.
Scented candles are lightly scented, and we also offer an unscented Nebraska Wildflower candle. Read our candle care tips below.
Candle care tips: keep wick trimmed to 1/4” to produce a strong flame at each light. Allowing the surface of the wax to completely melt each time the candle is lit will help avoid tunneling; for best results, plan to burn an hour or two at a time. Tunneling is the crater-like shape that begins to take place near the wick(s) of candles and tends to happen when candles are blown out after melting for only a short period of time.
Poured into heat tolerant mason jars; this beeswax candle can be used with candle warmers and lamps, or by traditional lighting. Use vigilance and standard safety precautions when lighting candles and using candle warmers.
